How we handle your data on vvvisible.com — in plain English.
1. The short version
We respect your privacy. This website is a brand-presence page — we do not run tracking pixels, advertising cookies or analytics that profile you. The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily submit via our contact form, and standard server logs created by our hosting provider when your browser loads the page.
2. Data controller
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
vvvisible agency ltd
64, Excalibur
Triq B. Bontadini
Birkirkara, Malta
Email: info@vvvisible.com
3. What data we collect
3.1 Contact form
When you fill in the contact form on this site we process the following data:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The content of your comment (optional)
- The timestamp of your submission
We use this data exclusively to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to info@vvvisible.com; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Submissions are delivered to our inbox at info@vvvisible.com via the form-handling service formsubmit.co (operated by FormSubmit, see formsubmit.co/privacy). The form data is transmitted via TLS-encrypted connection. We store your message in our email system for as long as required to communicate with you, after which it is deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
3.2 Server log files
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA — see Vercel privacy policy) automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the optimization of our website).
3.3 Cookies
This website does not set any tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We only use a single technical cookie (vv-theme) stored in your browser’s local storage to remember your light/dark mode preference. No personal data is transmitted to us through this. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.
4. Third-party services
4.1 Google Fonts
This site loads the “Geist” webfont from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you load a page, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google’s servers, transmitting your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. More information: Google Privacy Policy.
4.2 Tailwind CSS CDN
This site loads styling resources from cdn.tailwindcss.com. As with any CDN, your browser’s IP address is transmitted to the CDN operator solely for technical delivery. No data is stored or used for any other purpose.
5. Your rights
You have the right, at any time, free of charge, to:
- Request access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Request rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Request erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Request data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Withdraw any consent you have given at any time (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — for us this is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Level 2, Airways House, High Street, Sliema SLM 1549, Malta
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@vvvisible.com.
6. TLS encryption
This site uses TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar and the lock icon.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when our processing changes or to comply with new legal requirements. The current version is always available at this URL.
